Operation
Ensure the polarity is correct when establishing a connection. The positive terminal of the cable
is identified by white insulation.
Ensure the power supply unit’s open ends are insulated with suitable insulating material at all
times. This applies to the power supply unit whether it is installed or not.
Always unplug the power plug first before disconnecting the connectors from the consumer.
• LEDs and LED strips already feature soldering points where the power supply unit’s open ends can be
attached. Ensure the polarity is correct. After assembly, insulate the connections with suitable insulating
material such as heat shrink tubing.
• Connect the mains plug to a standard mains socket (100 – 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). The LED on the top of
the power adapter indicates operational readiness.
• Remove the power adapter from the mains when it is no longer in use.
Care and Cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the mains before each cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions as they can
cause damage to the housing and malfunctioning.
•
Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
