OPERATION

The power adapter’s output voltage must match the input voltage of the electric consumer.
Disconnect the power supply unit from the power supply before setting the output voltage.

Set the required output voltage on the back of the unit using the selector switch. To do this, use something such as the

1.

tip of a pen.
Select the appropriate output plug and connect it to the end of the output cable.

2.

At the socket of the output cable, the characters “TIP” are printed. On the sides of the output connector, you can find

the “+” and “–“ icons.
When “TIP“ and “+” are on the same side, the inside contact will be positive.
When “TIP” and “–“ are on the same side, the inside contact will be negative.

Connect the output plug to the switched-off consumer.

3.

Connect the mains plug to a standard mains socket (100 – 240 V/AC, 50/60 Hz). The LED on the top of the power

4.

adapter indicates operational readiness.
Now switch the connected consumer on. If it does not function properly, switch it off immediately and disconnect it from

5.

the power adapter.
Remove the power adapter from the mains when it is no longer in use.

6.

cLEANING

When cleaning, the power adapter must be disconnected from mains socket and electrical loads.

•

Only use dry and soft cloth to clear the housing of the power adapter.

•

Do not use abrasive or solvents.

•

DISPOSAL

Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste!
