Cable PASS
If the cable conforms to the T568A/B standard, the EasyCheck 900 will
display

PASS
”
and report the cable length. If the Remote was connected, the EasyCheck 900 will
display its serial number.

Open
This error can only be detected with a remote at the far end of the cable. The
EasyCheck 900 will report

Open
”
when any wire is not attached to a pin correctly.
