PROBLEM
SOLUTION
Ensure the Desk is not overloaded with heavy
items. This is an indication the weight limit has
been exceed.
Remove any items and wait
10 seconds
before
reconnecting the power cord to a suitable mains
outlet.
The system has experienced above normal
temperatures. Allow the Desk to cool and remain
idle for approximately
20 minutes
.
DO NOT
switch off the power or disconnect from the
mains during the
20 minute
period.
Ensure the Control Panel is correctly connected to a
suitable mains outlet.
Please contact DOMU Brands customer services.
Disconnect the product from the mains outlet to
reset the system.
If the problem persists, please contact DOMU
Brands customer services.
There has been a technical issue with the Control
Panel. Disconnect the product from the mains
outlet.
Wait for
10 seconds
before reconnecting to the
mains.
Press and hold the
DOWN
button until the icon
appears on the display. Continue to keep hold
of the button until the desk lowers and slightly
raises. Once the Desktop stops moving, release
the button
ER1 IS DISPLAYED.
ER2 IS DISPLAYED.
CONTROL PANEL NOT
RESPONSIVE.
LIFTING COLUMNS FAIL TO
OPERATE.
ER3/ER4/ER5 IS DISPLAYED.
