Control and protection devices
The appliance is equipped with the following control and protection devices:
1. Defrost thermostat:
alerts the microprocessor of the need to run a defrosting cycle, and determines it duration.
2. Limit sensor:
alerts the microprocessor of the fact that the temperature limit has been exceeded (pre-post coil inlet water). In this
situation, compressor operation is disabled, leaving only the fan running;
when permitted operating conditions are restored, the compressor is re-started. This function can be used in winter
operating mode. The sensor locks out compressor operation at a water temperature of 35°C. If the dehumidifier is used as
a hot air fan in the winter, this requires the use of a remote thermostat with seasonal summer/winter switching (not included
in the supply).
Optionals accessories
Remote mechanical thermo-hygrostat: for wall-mounting in the room in which humidity control is required;
Remote control panel: allows all unit parameters to be controlled from a remote location;
Room T/RH sensor: an electronic temperature/humidity sensor for wall-mounting.
Serial interface circuit board RS485 with protocol MODBUS (INSE) to connect the appliance to a BMS system.
