Operating mode
Summer operating mode (compressor ON) with outdoor air
By setting this operating mode, the unit renews the indoor air with outdoor air by means of the very high-efficiency heat
recovery unit.
The possible functions in this configuration are as follows:
R dehumidification with neutral air: the unit condenses partially in air and partially in water by means of the plate
capacitor, thereby generating thermally neutral, dehumidified air.
Renewal + dehumidification with cooling: the unit operates with 100% of the condensation in water, thereby generating
cooled, dehumidified air (fig.5).
N.B.
In summer operating mode, the appliance cannot operate without the aid of cold and/or hot water. If there is no water
or its flow rate is insufficient, the unit switches off and the safety devices are triggered.
Winter operating mode and spring/autumn (compressor OFF) with outdoor air
By setting this operating mode, the unit renews the indoor air with outdoor air by means of the very high-efficiency heat
recovery unit.
Air renewal with heating: The compressor is OFF, the coil can be supplied with hot water from the radiant system (although
due to the very high efficiency of the heat recovery unit, it is possible to obtain an outlet air temperature of 17°C without
the aid of hot water, at an outdoor air temperature of -5°C), and the unit acts like a normal hot air fan with heat recovery
unit. (fig. 6).
N.B.
In winter operating mode, the appliance has the compressor OFF and operates as a hot air fan with very high-
efficiency heat recovery.
