3.6.2 Creating Mailbox Groups
You can create up to four mailbox groups for distributing messages. Each mailbox
group can contain up to twenty mailboxes. The group numbers are by default 000,
001, 002 and 003. Group 099 consists of all mailboxes (real and virtual).
You can select a different number for the first digit of the mailbox groups using
code *545. Make sure that you select a number that does not interfere with your
PBX’s numbering plan.
Note: Do not forget to enter programming mode by dialling *900 and the
administrator’s password before using the programming commands.

Note: A separate greeting message can be recorded for each mailbox group.
3.6.3 Notification
The VoxBox notifies the mailbox owner of new messages in different ways
according to the system configuration. Notification may be local or remote.
