2. The Base Unit follows the caller’s instructions and transfers the call. The call can only be transferred to a
Portable Handset.
3. If the caller enters a number that is not available or if he does not enter a number within 8 seconds, the DISA will
play the OGM again. If the OGM plays 2 times and there is no response, the Base Unit will return to standby
mode.

If the call gets transferred but the person the call is being transferred to do not answer within 25 seconds, the
DISA system will play the second OGM.
Recording Your Outgoing Messages (OGM) for DISA
You can record your Outgoing Messages (OGM) by:
1. Press

3. Press the number corresponding to the OGM number you want to record (see above for an explanation on the
purpose of each OGM.)

4. Speak into the microphone at the front of the right corner of the Base Unit.
Note:
Position your mouth so you are as close to the microphone as possible and speak loud and clearly for best
results.

Listening To You Outgoing Messages (OGM)
You can listen to your outgoing messages by:

3. Press the number of the OGM that you want to listen to.

Turning The DISA On / Off From The Base Unit
The default setting is for the DISA to be OFF. You can turn on the DISA by:
