Pop-up window of Add/Modify User command
Add
Opens a dialogue to add a new user account. Many options are
the same as the Auto Create User dialogue.
Delete
Remove the checked users.
Edit (click username)
Clicking on a username opens an edit window. The options are
largely the same as for adding users, with the additional option
of resetting usage time.
