If you have a requirement to limit SMTP email traffic on your network, you can limit
messages per minute here. Enter the number of SMTP messages per minute you wish
to allow under Allowed Connections per Minute per Host. This limit is per connected
Host, by MAC Address. SMTP traffic in excess of the limit will be placed in a waiting
queue. Depending on the SMTP email client this mail may be sent more slowly or
lost.
