Can not switch on device ?
Solution : i) Connect the power adapter then try again
ii) Press the power key and hold
iii)Press the reset key and hold on 3 seconds, then press the power key again
No output signal of HDMI?
Solution : iv) Check the Settings / Sound display / output select is choice HDMI
v) Check HDMI setting is matched with your TV
vi) Plug in HDMI cable then power on device
