Using the phone 

 
Switch the handset on or off 
 
To switch the handset off: 

1. Press and hold <END CALL>. 
2. Press <MENU/SELECT> to confirm. 
 

To switch the handset on 

1. Press and hold <END CALL> again. 

 
Make, answer or end a home line call 
 
To make a home line call  



Press CALL/FLASH

or SPEAKER then enter the telephone number. Or

enter the telephone number then press CALL/FLASH or 

SPEAKER. 

 
To answer a home line call: 

When you receive a home line call, the phone rings. The display will show the caller’s number if available or the caller’s name if 
it matches an entry in the phonebook. 



Press CALL/FLASH or SPEAKER to answer an incoming home line call. 

 
To end a home line call  



Press END CALL/CLEAR

or put the handset in the DDA200BT base or charger. 

Make, answer or end a mobile line call 

You  can  connect  a  maximum  of  two  Bluetooth  enabled  mobile  phones  to  the  DDA200BT,  but  only  one  mobile  phone  can  be 
used on a mobile line call at a time. All DDA200BT

handsets can be used to make or answer calls on the mobile phone line. 

 
To make a mobile line call: 



Enter the telephone number. Then press MOBILE to make a mobile line call if you have only one mobile phone connected to 
the DDA200BT. If you have two mobile phones connected to the DDA200BT, the telephone system prompts you to select a 
mobile phone before you make a mobile line call. 
Note: When dialling out via the mobile line you need to enter the complete number, including the area code (even for local 
calls). 

 
To answer a mobile line call: 



Press MOBILE. 
Note: You can also use your mobile phone to answer the call. If you answer with your mobile phone, it disconnects from the 
DDA200BT. 

To end a mobile line call: 



Press END CALL/CLEAR or put the handset in the DDA200BT base or charger. 

Answer a mobile line call while on a home line call 

If you are on a home  line call and you receive an incoming  mobile line call, you hear a beep and 

or 

displays on the 

handset you are using. The DDA200BT base and all other handsets ring. 

 
To answer the incoming mobile line call 



Press MOBILE on the handset. The home line call is automatically placed on hold and all other handsets display

To end the mobile line call 



Press END CALL/CLEAR

on the handset. The home line is still on hold. All handsets display

To resume the home line call on hold 



Press CALL/FLASH on the handset.

Answer a home line call while on a mobile line call 

If you are on a mobile line call and you receive an incoming home line call, you hear a beep and displays on the handset you are 
using. The DDA200BT base and all other handsets ring.
