Hold
You can place a home or mobile line call on hold. You will hear an alert tone if you have not taken the call off of hold after 14
minutes. You will hear another alert tone 30 seconds later. At 15 minutes on hold, the call on hold automatically disconnects.
To place home lines call on hold:
1.
Press HOLD. The handset displays
Home call on hold
and CALL/FLASH flashes.
To resume a home call on hold:
1.
Press CALL/FLASH.
To place mobile line calls on hold:
1.
Press HOLD. The handset displays

and MOBILE flashes.
To resume a mobile line call on hold:
1.
Press MOBILE
Mute
Use the mute function to turn off the microphone. You can hear the caller, but the caller does not hear you.
To mute the call:
1. Press MUTE/REMOVE. When mute is on, the handset screen shows

for a few seconds and the MUTE icon
appears until you turn off the mute function.
To un-mute the call:
Press MUTE/REMOVE and resume speaking. When mute is off,
Microphone on
appears temporarily on the handset screen.
Mute function is automatically turned off when you end the call.
Hands free
Hands free lets you talk to your caller without holding the handset to your ear. It also enables other people in the room to join in
the conversation over the loudspeaker.
Make a hands free call
1.
Dial the number then press SPEAKER on the handset. <Speaker icon> is displayed. You will then hear your call over the
handset loudspeaker. Press SPEAKER to switch the call between the earpiece and the loudspeaker.
2.
Press OFF/CLEAR to end the call.
Note: During a hands free call, press UP/DOWN to adjust the volume.
Answer a call in hands free mode
When the phone rings:
1.
Press SPEAKER on the handset. The call is transferred to the handset loudspeaker.
Switch to hands free mode during a call
1.
When on a call, press SPEAKER on the handset to put the call on the loudspeaker. To switch hands free off and return the call
to the earpiece, press SPEAKER again.
Redial
Up to 20 of the last telephone numbers called are saved in the redial list. You can select any of the numbers to redial, save to
phonebook or delete.
Redial a redial entry
1.
Press CALL/FLASH or SPEAKER, then press REDIAL/PAUSE repeatedly or UP/DOWN to view the redial memory, press
MENU/SELECT to dial out the number displayed.
OR
In standby mode, press REDIAL/PAUSE, then press UP/DOWN or REDIAL/PAUSE to browse until the desired number displays.
The handset beeps twice at the end of the list. Press TALK ON/FLASH or SPEAKER
to use the home line.
OR
Press MOBILE to use the mobile line.
Save a redial entry to the phonebook
1.
In standby mode, press REDIAL/PAUSE.
2.
Press UP, DOWN
or REDIAL/PAUSE
to select the desired redial entry.
