The light on
the headset
is off while
charging.
Make sure the cables are plugged in correctly and
securely, and that the battery is securely installed in the
wireless headset.
Make sure the headset is sitting properly on the base
to charge.
The switch
hook presser
of the handset
lifter doesn’t

audio cable when you have connected the handset
lifter.
