Cannot connect to any remote sites

Verify that the system is connected to network interface equipment
(multiplexer, terminal interface equipment, or terminal adapters).

Verify that cables between the system and network interface
equipment are good.
3
Verify that system settings are correct for the network being used.

Cannot connect to a remote site and the System
Monitor’s Communications tab displays “CRC errors”
message
CRC (cyclic redundancy check) errors indicate that the systems are
unable to verify that information is being accurately transmitted. The
problem may be caused by a failure within one of the VTEL systems or
by a failure within the network interface equipment at either end. This
condition may also indicate a problem with the communications circuit.
Report the problem to a certified service representative.

Touch panel is not illuminated

Ensure that the main power switch in the Peripheral Storage Area is
on

Ensure that theEnhanced Master Box is powered on by checking to
make sure that the AXlink light is blinking.
