Location of serial number
The serial number is located on the system’s back panel or can be found
online in the Diagnostics Help menu. (See page 116.)
Using the ESA system diagnostics program
You can use the diagnostics application to test the operation of
and identify problems with these system components:

VTEL video board
■
VTEL codec board
■
VTEL expansion box
■
board interconnections
Note:
You cannot run diagnostics while a videoconference
is in progress.
Accessing the diagnostics application

Before starting the diagnostics application, exit AppsView:
Put the cursor on the AppsView icon and click the right mouse button.
Note:
If you try to run the diagnostics application while
AppsView is running, you will receive error
messages. If you receive an error message,
terminate the diagnostics application, terminate
AppsView, then restart diagnostics.
Press Ctrl-Esc to display the Windows 95 menu.
