into a 110-120 VAC power
source.
ERROR light and all 4 SCAN

Line of sight obstructions. Move
unit to have a better view of
southern sky and rescan.
Inclement weather can
occasionally cause loss of
signal. Wait till weather
improves and rescan.

Coax between antenna unit
and FLEX controller not
connected.
Coax between antenna unit
and FLEX controller faulty.
Coax from FLEX controller
connected to wrong port (AUX)
on antenna unit.
Coax between main circuit
board and output port on
antenna unit faulty.
Connect coax between antenna
unit and FLEX controller.
Replace coax (KC# 20993).
Connect coax from FLEX
controller to MAIN port on
antenna unit.

Scan is not complete after 15
