12. Fluorescence observation (reflected light)

Set the main swith to (ON) and adjust light intensity.
Place a specimen on the stage.
Insert in the light path the filtercube
suitable for the specimen
Begin observation
Insert the objective into the light path
and focus the specimen.
Insert the anti-glow cap to reduce flares

13. Use of the microscope in fluorescence
(reflected light)
13.1 Using the microscope
Move the main switch in the position “I” to turn on the
microscope, then rotate the adjustment knob (1) (Fig. 40)
to
adjust the fluorescence light intensity.
13.2 Switching fluorescence filter cubes
Move the filter lever (placed on the left side of the microscope)

to insert the desired filter cube (see tables below). (Fig. 41)
