General Troubleshooting
Following are solutions to some of the commonly encountered issues because of the system
set up
:
Problem
Solution
The power-LED on the front
panel does not glow when the
client is switched on.
Ensure that the power cord is plugged into an
AC outlet.
Check the fuse in the power-plug, if available.
There is no display on the
monitor, though the power-
indicating LED glows.
Ensure that the video cable is properly
connected.
The mouse (or keyboard) does
not work when the client is
switched on.
Ensure that the mouse (or keyboard) is plugged
in the correct PS/2 port.
