PRESSURE WASHER 3000P
Go to engine section of this manual for additional maintenance instructions.
CLEANING THE NOZZLE
Disconnect the lance from the nozzle. Remove any dirt deposits from the nozzle hole
using the nozzle cleaning tool.
CLEANING THE FILTER
Inspect the inlet filter and detergent filter (if fitted) before each use, and clean in
accordance with the instructions in the engine section of this manual if necessary.
STORAGE
Store the washer in an upright position in a location that is clean, dry and away from
sources of heat, open flames, sparks, or pilot lights and is not subject to extreme high or
low temperatures.
LONG TERM STORAGE
If you will not be able to operate the pressure washer regularly, you must prepare it for
long term storage to prevent gum deposits from forming and causing malfunction of the
engine.
1. Drain all water from high pressure hose and wrap it onto hose wrap.
2. Drain all water from the spray gun and wand by holding spray gun in a vertical
position with nozzle end pointing down and squeezing trigger.
3. Store in gun holder.
4. Remove all fuel from the tank and carburettor OR add fuel stabilizer to the petrol
(following the instructions in the engine section of this manual).
5. Store the washer in an upright position in a location that is clean, dry and away from
sources of heat, open flames, sparks, or pilot lights and is not subject to extreme high
or low temperatures. To protect the pump from damage caused by mineral deposits
or freezing, use antifreeze to treat the pump. This prevents freeze damage and
lubricates pistons and seals. This is recommended if the pressure washer will be
stored with temperature below zero. Failure to do so will permanently damage your
pump and render your unit inoperable.
