13. Tailstock center order no. 24484
13.1 Operation
The tailstock center can be adjusted continuously over a traversal distance of 52 mm.
To retract the tailstock center, proceed as follows:
1. Turn the spindle (15.1) counterclockwise until you have set the desired position.
2. Tighten the nut (15.4) against the threaded bushing (15).
To extend the tailstock center, proceed as follows:
1. Loosen the nut (15.4) and unscrew it by the desired traversal distance.
2. Turn the spindle (15.1) clockwise until you have set the desired position.
3. Tighten the nut (15.4) against the threaded bushing (15).
