III. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of this document is to outline the step by step procedure for the installation of Kit #55914 for PCB
RI55664 and Extension Harness RI55913 (if needed) for the S/K Series Lifts.  Follow all safety precautions before
attempting to perform installation or maintenance of the S/K Series Lift. Remove power to vehicle and/or turn off
ignition.  Remove the power cable from the S/K Series Lift.

A.  REMOVAL OF FACTORY PCB

Note:

The Pump assembly may or may not need to be removed depending on the lift configuration (Left hand or Right

hand side) and location of PCB.  If removal is unnecessary, skip to step 3 below.

1.  Remove the pump cover, making sure to unplug the warning light if installed, and set aside.

2.  Unbolt the pump assembly; pull and tie away from the lift for optimum working area.  Removal of the hydraulic

lines and/or electrical connections may be necessary.

3.

Important!

Locate factory PCB.  Remove electrical connections from PCB, making sure to make a note or

mark the connections for terminals T1-T4 for ease of identification and installation later.

4.  Remove the factory PCB assembly from the lift.

5.  Remove the factory PCB from the PCB mounting plate.

6.  Install PCB RI55664 onto the PCB mounting plate.

IV.

INSTALLATION OF KIT #55914

A.  INSTALLATION OF PCB ASSEMBLY

Note:

PCB RI55664 is sent configured from the manufacturer with jumpers in the following locations; J9, J14.

1.  Configure the jumpers on PCB RI55664 for the lift application. Remove jumpers as needed.

Refer to Figure 1.
