Impeller Reassembly

Note:
If, upon inspection and testing, a pump component requires
replacement, use only original manufacturer’s replacement parts.

Turn pump on its side.

Pre-assemble the dust seal

onto the rotor shaft. DO NOT apply oil to the surface where the

Align keyway of impeller

with keyway of rotor (not shown) and push

Secure with washer

Position volute

Lift and hold remaining pump assembly in an upright position, align
three mounting flanges and lower into place.

Assemble and secure three nuts
