Reassembly
Prerequisites
Pump is disconnected from the power source
Oil is drained from the pump
Procedure
Follow the procedure below to reassemble the pump.
1. Fit the rear liner

to the pump body

2. Place the v-ring

, shaft sleeve

, and impeller

on the pump shaft.
3. Place the washer

on the pump shaft. Thread and tighten the hex nut

and
impeller nut

onto the pump shaft.
4. Fit the fixing plate

inside the pump casing
(5)
.
5. Use the four hex bolts
(1)
and four flat washers
(2)
to fasten the fixing plate, pump
casing, and strainer stand
(3)
to the pump body.

Cutting hazard. A worn impeller often has sharp edges.
