5. For the optional Art Pen, test the rotation feature by placing the pen tip on the screen surface and

Support options
No display.
•
Verify that the Cintiq is turned on and has sufficient battery charge
(the Battery Status LED should be green).
•
If the Cintiq is connected to a power source, make sure the LED is
amber, indicating that the battery is being charged.
•
Restart your Cintiq:
•
1) Hold down the Power button for approximately 5 seconds
2) Wait a few seconds
3) Hold down the Power button for 2-3 seconds

When a still image is displayed
for a long period of time
without refreshing the screen,
an after-image remains for a
short period of time.
Use a screen saver or other power management feature.
Color quality is inaccurate, or
the color white does not
display as white.
You can use the Intel Graphics & Media Control Panel to adjust color,
resolutions, brightness, and other settings for your Cintiq. You can
open the Intel Control Panel from the Start screen tile.
If you do not see a tile for the Intel Control Panel, check the Windows
Control Panel to make sure it is installed. If it is not installed, you can
download the driver for the Intel Control Panel from the Intel web site.
