BATTERY OFF – operated on an external power source:

When the cooler is switched on, the battery monitor checks
whether the power supply is sufficient:
z
12 V power source > 12.2 V
z
24 V power source > 25.4 V
The device continues to cool as long as a predefined voltage
is available:
z
12 V power source > 10.5 V
z
24 V power source > 21.5 V

Caution – risk of damage!
Please note that the battery monitor will not protect the starting bat-
tery of the vehicle from deep discharge when it switches off
the cooler at a power supply of < 10.5 V.

Before initial use

Note
Before starting your new cooler for the first time, you should clean it
inside and outside with a damp cloth for hygienic reasons (see also
chapter “Cleaning and maintenance” on page 43).
Mounting the handles
The handles are enclosed unassembled. To attach the handles,
proceed as follows:

Make a handle by putting two holders (fig.

1, page 4) and a
handle (fig.
6
2, page 4) together.
➤
Fasten the grip with the enclosed screws in the holes provided.
