Connecting the refrigerator
Connect the refrigerator to DC power
The refrigerators can be operated with 12 V
g
or with 24 V
g
.

Determine the required cross section of the cable in relation to the cable
length according to fig.

Before starting up the appliance for the first time, check whether the
operating voltage and the battery voltage match (see type plate).
➤
Connect the refrigerator
– as directly as possible to the poles of the battery or
– to a 12 or 24 V
g
socket.
Fit a fuse in the positive wire of 15 A (for 12 V) or 7.5 A (for 24 V)

Connect the red cable (fig.

rt, page 9) to the positive terminal of the
battery.

Connect the black cable (fig.

sw, page 9) to the negative terminal of
the battery.

NOTICE!
To avoid voltage drops and loss of performance, keep the cable
as short as possible and avoid joins.
For this reason avoid additional switches, plugs or multi-way
adapters.

Disconnect the refrigerator and other electric loads from the bat-
tery before connecting the battery to a quick charging device.
Overvoltage can damage the appliance electronics.
