Using the compact charger

Note
During the charging process you can
– Interrupt the charging process at any time or
– Change the charging current, by pressing the "Charge Rate"
button (fig.
1
5, page 3) as often as required.

If you wish to switch the display between the charging current and
charging voltage, press the "Display" button.

The charging display (fig.

1, page 3) switches from flashing to
constant glow when the battery is fully charged.
Note
The compact charger starts recharging automatically if the
charging current rises to the threshold values shown in the
following table.
When the battery is charged:

Switch the On/Off switch (fig.
1
10, page 3) to "OFF".
➤
Disconnect the black cable from the negative terminal of the battery.
➤
Disconnect the red cable from the positive terminal of the battery.
➤
Store the connection cable in the storage compartment (fig.
2
2,
page 3).
