Intended use
The IU0U automatic charger PerfectCharge IU812 (item no. 808-012/1) is
used as charging device for 12 V batteries with a capacity of 50 to 120 Ah.
It is suitable for mobile use in caravans, ambulances and emergency
vehicles and in motor boats and yachts.
The IU0U automatic charger can be used to charge the following types of
batteries:

Lead starter batteries
z
Gel batteries
z
Fleece batteries (AGM)
z
Maintenance-free batteries

Warning!
The IU0U automatic charger must
never
be used to charge other
battery types (e.g. NiCd, NiMH, etc.)!

Technical description
An integrated, highly efficient, primary switched-mode regulator makes the
IU0U automatic charger small, light and very efficient as well as easy to in-
stall. As well as its mechanical stability, the excess temperature and short
circuit protection ensure a high degree of operational safety. For this reason
it is suitable for mobile use in caravans, ambulances and emergency vehicles
and in motor boats and yachts.
Do not exceed the maximum battery capacity of 120 Ah. Reduced values
apply for led gel batteries, ask your battery retailer for details.
