6. Make sure the two retractor pins (4)
inside the gun head are still in the correct
position.
7. Insert the packing seal assembly into the
rear of the gun head and thread it by
hand until it stops.
8. Using a 3/8” socket, tighten the packing
seal assembly (3). Torque to 5 Nm (3.7 ft./
lbs.).
9. Grease both ends of the packing spring
(2) and place it over the packing seal
assembly in the gun head.
10. Place the end cap (1) over the packing
spring (2) so that the pilot inside the end
cap seats inside the packing spring.
11. Push the end cap (1) toward the gun
head while threading it into the gun
head. Using a wrench, tighten the end (1)
cap securely.
Reversing the Diffuser Seat
1. Using a wrench, loosen and remove the
diffuser from the front of the gun head.
2. Remove the diffuser O-ring from the front
of the gun head.
3. Remove the seat from the gun head. Flip
it around and reinstall back into the gun
head.
4. Reassemble the diffuser by reversing
steps 1-2.
Replacing/Removing the Filter

The gun filter should be cleaned
after every use.
1. Unclip the top of the trigger guard from
the gun head.
2. Using the bottom of the trigger guard as
a wrench, loosen and remove the handle
assembly from the gun head.
3. Pull the old filter out of the gun head.
Clean or replace.
4. Slide the new filter, tapered end first, into
the gun head.
5. Thread the handle assembly into the gun
head. Tighten with the trigger wrench.
6. Snap the trigger guard back onto the gun
head.
