5.7.3 SECURING THE SPRAY GUN AGAINST ACTUATION
Secure the spray gun against actuation:
Remove the external control air hose (red).
Note:
To secure the entire system, pressure must be relieved as described in Chapter
.
5.7.4 STOP SCREW VALVE ROD
Limit the valve needle stroke with the stop screw (A). A lower valve needle stroke results:
– Flow rate reduction
– Finer atomization
– Minimizing the spray pattern cross-section
After adjusting fix the screw (A) by tightening the nut (B) again.
