Check the unit for leaks:
1. Place container with suitable detergent into the AquaCoat cabinet.
2. Immerse the suction system (12).
3. Connect the earth.
4. Connect the AquaCoat system to the compressed air source (8).
5. Set maximum pressure 0.8 MPa: 8 bar; 116 psi on the pump control unit.
6. Maintain the pressure for 5 minutes and check all connecting parts for leaks.
7. When the tightness of the system has been ascertained, release the spray gun (4).
8. Flush system through well.
9. Relieve system pressure and secure the spray gun (4).
10. Remove the detergent.
Start-up for spraying:
1. Fill the material container (13) with paint and place in the cabinet.
2. Immerse in paint container the suction system (12).
3. Clamp high voltage cable (22) to the metal paint container (13) or, in the case of a
plastic container, to the metal part of the suction system (12).
4. Connect the AquaCoat system to the electric socket with the electric cable (9).
5. Insert front panel (2).
6. Switch on mains switch on the VM 5000W.
7. The system is ready for use.

CAUTION
Electrical discharge when using coated material containers!
Risk of injury, material charge not optimal
Ensure that the metal part of the container is connected to
the HV cable (e.g. remove coating from around the connection
point).
