INTRODUCTION TO SPRAYING
USING THE XVLP PROCEDURE
XVLP (E

tra
V

ressure) is a low pressure spraying
te
c
hnique, whi
c
h works with a high volume of air and a low air
pressure. The greatest advantage of this spraying te
c
hnique
is the low paint mist formation. This redu
c
es the amount re-
quired to
c
over the obje
c
t to a minimum.
As opposed to

quality and is, at the same time, environmentally friendly.
Function description
The paint spraying system
c
onsists of a motor-operated tur-
bo-blower, whi
c
h provides the spray gun with atomisation air.
In the spray gun, a part of the atomisation air is used to pres-
surise the
c
ontainer. This pressure
c
auses the
c
oating material
to be fed through the uptake pipe to the nozzle where it is
atomised by the rest of the atomisation air.
All settings ne

essary for operation (e.g. material volume)

Field of application
The FC 3500 is designed for smaller to medium-sized proje
c
ts,
i.e. for surfa
c
es of a
maximum of 50 m²
.

Coating material purity:
An absolute pre-
c
ondition for the trouble-free operation of
the fine-spray system is that the
c
oating material is un
c
on-
taminated. If you have doubts as to the purity of the
c
oating
material, we re
c
ommend that you first filter it through a fine
sieve.
