Event Codes
In IO-Link, errors and events are displayed in the form of a value of type
"UNSIGNED16". In addition to default values, device manufacturers are also
allowed to use device or manufacturer-specific codes according to the IO-Link
standard. Therefore, a distinction is made in this section between event codes
generated by the IO-Link master itself and event codes generated by attached
devices if necessary.
