Switch off the device before inserting or removing the SIM card!

Otherwise, the SIM card and modem can be damaged.

Information about switching the SIM card!
Change the PIN in your application or in the PLC program block when switching
the SIM card to the PIN of the new SIM card.
If you use several SIM cards, it makes sense, for example, to give all SIM cards
the same PIN with a normal cellular telephone. Observe your security guidelines
for handling SIM cards.
To insert the SIM card, proceed as follows:
1.
After entering the SIM card PIN, disconnect the
TO-PASS
®
modem GRPS
RS-232 from the power supply completely.
2.
Open the housing for the
TO-PASS
®
modem GRPS RS-232 to insert the
SIM card. There is a latch with opening clamp on the top and bottom of the
housing.
