7.2.1 Peak temperature measurement
The
Peak
temperature measurement mode is used to measure and display
information about the highest temperatures recorded by the thermometer.
The peak temperature values can be viewed in the instrument eyepiece and
streamed to the serial or ‘Bluetooth’ outputs.
