As an additional safety measure, it is recommended that a tested
residual current appliance (RCD) with a residual operating current of
not more than 30 mA be installed in the circuit. Ask the electrician who
installed your appliance for advice.

Disconnect from the mains before cleaning or servicing the appliance.

Never use the appliance if it is defective, if it has fallen onto the floor
or if the mains cable is damaged. A damaged mains cable may only be
replaced by an authorised service centre or another similarly qualified
person in order to avoid hazards.

Repairs may only be performed at an authorised service centre using
original parts. Only specialists properly trained in the handling of elec

Do not carry the appliance by the mains cable and, when disconnect

cable or the appliance.

Keep the mains cable and appliance away from hot surfaces.

Make sure that the mains cable is not twisted or kinked when used
and stored.

When using a diffuser, never set the hairdryer to a high temperature as
this could result in the overheating of the diffuser or hairdryer.

Never insert or allow objects to fall into the openings of the appliance.
·
Never use the appliance where aerosol (spray) products are being
used or where oxygen is released.
·
Do not expose the appliance to temperatures below 0°C and above
+40°C for any length of time. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
·
The appliance is safety insulated and radio screened. It meets the
requirements of EU Directive 2004/108/EC regarding electromagnetic
compatibility and EC Low Voltage Directive 2006/95/EC.
