CONNECTING A TV ANTENNA / CABLE
To view television channels correctly,
a signal must be received from one of the following sources:
1. An indoor or outdoor aerial
2. A cable television set top box
Insert the aerial plug into the aerial input socket on the left side of the television.
Note: For receiving over-the-air TV broadcasts, we recommend you use an external
fixed aerial.
If you have to use a set top aerial, please ensure that you use one with sufficient gain to
receive in weak signal areas. Only when you are in close proximity to a transmitter will an
indoor aerial produce a picture as clear as a fixed antenna.
