Installing or Removing Belt Hook
1. Installing Hook: Use T20 size bit and
tighten in clockwise.
2. Removing Hook: Use T20 size bit to
loosen the hook.

Replaceable Carbon Brush
1. Replace the new carbon brush, while the motor is not rotated and the carbon brush is run out.
(Change the new motor after the carbon brush has been replaced 2~3 times)
2. Replacement procedure is as follows:
• Use T10 size bit to loosen the back cover screws and remove back cover by hand (Fig.1).
• Take out the carbon brush (Fig.2).
• Put the new carbon brush and housing back cover into the hosing in proper order. Refer to
picture for the direction of installing the carbon brush (Fig.3-4).
• Lock the housing back cover clockwise by using T10 size bit (Fig.5).
CAUTION
Always be sure that the machine is switched off and is unplugged from the power outlet removed before
carrying out any work on the machine. To maintain product safety and reliability, repairs, maintenance or
adjustment should be carried out by an authorized service center.
