The warranty term is 1 year. Defects not covered by this
guarantee include those partially or completely resulting from:
APPUCATION
Portable hand demagnetizers are used to eliminate the
magnetism from the surface of steel components and
assemblies.
The demagnetizer generates an alternating magnetic field
reducing the residua! magnetism to a minimum. To achieve
proper demagnetization, the field intensity should be
gradually reduced to zero. This is done by slowty moving the
demagnetizer ovar the surface of the component.
ln all correspondence regarding your demagnetizer, always
include the information on the text plate.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
+
Never use a demagnetizer before this manual has been read and understood.
+
People with a pace maker or other medical appliances may only use these demagnetizers after consulting with their physician.
+
Never remove warning and/or text plates from the demagnetizer.
+
Never put your fingers between the workpiece and the demagnetizing surface due to risk of jamming.
+
Never use the demagnetizer as an aid for lifting, supporting or transporting objects.
+
Never use a damaged or poorly functioning demagnetizer.
+
The temperature of the workpieces to be demagnetized should never exceed 60 degrees Celsius.
+
ln order to comply with the EMC guideline, the demagnetizer should be used at least 2 meters away from (control) cables,
electrical and electronic appliances.
Magnetic memorles such as cassette tapes, dlskettes, credlt cards etc. should be kept at a distance of at least 1 meter away
from demagnetlzer ln order to prevent irreversible damage.
+
Never allow water or any liquid enter the device.
