1.1  HACCP view 

To display the cycles’ reports, press the 
PT1-4 probe. The HACCP menu display the last 12 cycles performed.

1.2  HACCP records download 

To  download  the  records,  press  the 
password “2810”. Select the date associated to the desired cycle and press the USB
