In the unlikely event of a fault, do not send the welder to us without speaking to us beforehand. A
short telephone call and a short description of the fault is usually enough to identify the cause of
the problem. In most cases problems can be resolved with a correct replacement part, which we will
send to you as quickly as possible.
This prevents unnecessary costs for all parties involved.

overload indicator 8 is on.
Allow the welder 1 to cool down.
Poor weld.

Check the correct polarity of the
electrode holder 14 .
Welding current

Poor earth connection.
Check the welding cable with earth
terminal 15 .
Contact the service centre if necessary.
