Warranty
WANDERS Metaalproducten B.V. in Netterden offers a 7-year warranty on the construction of your
wood-burner, provided that it is installed correctly and used according to the instructions in this
manual. The warranty covers all defects that can be traced back to material and construction faults. In
such cases, you will receive new parts free of charge.
Labour and other costs are not covered by the warranty. Defective parts may be sent free of charge to
WANDERS Metaalproducten B.V., Amtweg 4, 7077 AL, Netterden. Before itting the appliance, check
whether there is any visible damage. In such cases, do not accept it, but contact your supplier.
The following are not covered by the warranty: faults caused by improper use; failure to comply
properly with national regulations and the accompanying installation and operating instructions; in-
stallation by a itter or dealer not recognised by WANDERS; neglect of the appliance and in the event of
a change of owner. The warranty is also void if the wrong fuel is used.
The following warranty terms apply:
• 3 months : wear parts includes windows, brick interiors (with the exception of hairline fractures),
vermiculite interiors (with the exception of hairline fractures), cast iron grills, sealing cord,damage
to the inish, wood sets.
• 2 years : electronic parts and controls, as well as the gas burners and gas regulator
• 5 years : moving parts, hinges and closures, subject to regular use
WANDERS is not responsible for any cracks in decorative plasterwork and discolouration of walls,
ceilings and/or grids after iring up the burner. Discolouration can occur due to dust particles burning
in the convection jacket. In order to minimise the risk of cracks in decorative plaster and any discolou-
ration, we refer to any advice given by the decorative plaster industry. Your itter can inform you about
this.
Your sales company / itter is the irst point of contact in case of any problems.
Complaints will be handled by WANDERS after the sales company / itter or the gas company has sub-
mitted a complaint, accompanied by the date of purchase and a copy of the purchase receipt. Repairs
do not entitle you to extend the warranty period. All consequential damages are excluded.
General instructions
The WAN-2060 is tested as per international standard EN 13229 and has an extra extension standard
for optimal environment-friendly heating with regard to lue gases (German legislation as per Art. 15a
B-Vg. Des BmfWA). The lue pipe has a diameter of 150 millimetres (connection 146 mm external).
The unit may only be installed and connected by a recognised itter as per the following installation
instructions. Additionally, national and local laws and regulations apply to the installation and use of
wood-burners. WANDERS does not provide any warranty if the burner is incompletely or incorrectly
connected or installed.
