OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

5NDER NORMAL WORKING CONDITIONS THE 'REEN 
OUTPUT INDICATOR LIGHT WILL BE ILLUMINATED

)F THE GENERATOR IS OVERLOADED OR IF THERE IS A
MALFUNCTION OR A SHORT CIRCUIT IN A CONNECTED
APPLIANCE THE 'REEN  OUTPUT INDICATOR WILL
EXTINGUISH AND THE 2ED  OVERLOAD INDICATOR LIGHT
ILLUMINATES AND THE POWER TO THE CONNECTED
APPLIANCE WILL BE DISCONNECTED

)F THE 2ED  OVERLOAD INDICATOR LIGHT ILLUMINATES
STOP THE GENERATOR AND INVESTIGATE THE CAUSE

"EFORE CONNECTING AN APPLIANCE TO THE
GENERATOR CHECK THAT IT IS IN GOOD ORDER AND THAT
ITS ELECTRICAL RATING DOES NOT EXCEED THAT OF THE
GENERATOR 4HEN CONNECT THE POWER CORD OF THE
APPLIANCE AND START THE ENGINE

7HEN AN ELECTRIC MOTOR IS STARTED BOTH THE
2ED  OVERLOAD INDICATOR AND THE 'REEN  OUTPUT
INDICATOR WILL ILLUMINATE SIMULTANEOUSLY 4HIS IS
NORMAL THE 2ED  OVER LOAD INDICATOR
EXTINGUISHES AFTER ABOUT FOUR   SECONDS )F THE
2ED  OVERLOAD INDICATOR REMAINS ILLUMINATED
CONSULT YOUR GENERATOR DEALER

#AUTION 3UBSTANTIAL OVERLOADING THAT
CONTINUOUSLY ILLUMINATES THE 2ED  OVERLOAD
INDICATOR MAY DAMAGE THE GENERATOR )F THE 2ED
