Solution
Low Water or No Water
Water supply valve closed
or tank valve closed.
Open valves
Low water pressure
Install booster pump
Crimped poly tube
Repair or replace tube
Raw water TDS high
Consult dealer – may need pre-
treatment
Filters or membranes plugged
Replace filters
Tubes installed to wrong fitting
Install tubes per S.8 (1), (2) and (3).
Leaking Joints
Fittings not seated
Disconnect fitting and reseat tube
Filter housing leaking
Tighten with housing wrench
Inspect o-rings for cuts or crimps
