Connection of refrigerant line to valves is made via
Euro flare with LOKRING connection (included in delivery).
Important:
If you use standard 3/8“ Cu-line, you need
Euro flare with LOKRING connection (Z17085) for 9.53 x 1 mm (3/8“) to 10
x 1 mm Cu-line and reinforcement sleeve (Z17088).

Procedure
:

Tube end preparation
Cut tube ends must be free of burrs on inside, and if
necessary on outside. To create a hermetically sealed
metal-to-metal joint, the tubes to be connected must
be metallically bright. Remove paint, rust, as well as
oil and grease with suitable means (emery cloth,
abrasive pad, etc.). To prevent longitudinal grooves
on the surface, clean tube in a rotary direction – not
lengthwise.
2.
Insertion of reinforcement sleeve
To ensure a permanently tight connection, insertion of
a reinforcement sleeve is necessary.
