TROUBLESHOOTING
Low flow of cold water or hot water or both
Possible Reason
Solution
Water pressure
Verify that the water pressure is at the recommended 40 to
60 psi for
WL270
to operate properly. Check with pressure
regulator.
Filter or Membrane blockage
Verify that the RO filters or membrane are not properly
blocked.
Solenoid
Verify the inlet function solenoid functions.
Mechanical float valve
Verify the mechanical float valve is functioning correctly.
Tanks not full
Verify the header tank is flow and water flows into the hot
and cold tanks. During excessively high machine usage, the
header tank water level may be low and this can affect the
water flow.
The RO system will need time to refill the header tank.
Outlet Water Faucet Valves
Verify the outlet mechanical water faucet valves and the
feed pip to them is not kinked.
