Thank you for choosing a Waterman product. Our products are subject to strict quality controls. The possibility of mal-
functions or defects can however not be ruled out. Should the product you have purchased not work perfectly or have
something wrong contrary to your expectations, please contact our customer service directly. Of course you may also
contact customer service after the warranty period has expired.

Guarantee
Please follow these instructions when enforcing warranty claims:

We
offer
warranty
for
this
product
for
a
period
of
2 years
starting from its date of purchase. In this period,
we guarantee that the item supplied by us is free of fabrication and/or material defects.
•
Our
warranty
obligation
does
not
extend
to
defects,
errors,
or
damage
that
were
caused
by
improper
or
forceful
operation by the customer or third persons that do not belong to the Waterman‘s sphere of responsibility.
•
The
same
applies
to
failure
to
adhere
to
the
operational
and
maintenance
instructions,
overloading
or
other
tampering with the goods delivered, as well as changes made to items delivered by Waterman, parts exchanged,
or
wear
parts
used
in
these
goods,
that
do
not
meet
the
original
specifications
•
Customer
damage
claims,
e.g.
for
non-fulfillment
default
at
the
point
of
contract
conclusion,
violation
of
ancillary
contractual obligations, consequential damage, due to not permitted acts, and other legal reasons are excluded,
unless Waterman is liable due to absence of an assured characteristic, intent or gross negligence. We will particu-
larly not compensate for water and chemicals that have to be drained due to a leak in the pool.
Please understand that the approval of a warranty claim presupposes strict adherence to the respective assembly
instructions and/or installation instructions.
