Assembly step 2
Insert the "Cavere" steps
•
First check whether the threaded rods of the steps pass smoothly through the ladder rails. Should the drilled
holes be deformed through the first assembly of the pool ladder, these must be rebored quickly using a drill
(diameter 8 mm)

Insert polyamide washers between the step and rail.
Insert the Cavere step with lock at the highest point between the struts and secure on one side with a nut but do not
tighten yet!
When all steps are inserted between the rails, the remaining nuts are secured on the opposite side.

Now tighten ALL nuts. However, attention must be paid that the nuts are not tightened as far as they will go
as the steps are otherwise "jammed" and cannot be smoothly moved.

like this!
