Remove Interstage Manifold
Remove Interstage Manifold from Pump:
1. Note that if the discharge manifold is also being removed, the interstage
manifold and discharge manifold may be removed as one unit (see next
page). The interstage manifold may then be removed from the discharge
manifold.
2. Remove the four (4) hex head screws from the transfer valve flange and
two (2) hex head screws from the return ball valve flange.
3. Note that the transfer valve is trapped between the manifolds by the
screws and will be loose.
4. Lift the interstage manifold off the pump while holding the transfer valve.
Remove Return Ball Valve from Interstage Manifold
Remove Return Ball Valve from Interstage Manifold:
1. Disconnect the hose from the valve.
2. Remove the four (4) hex head screws from the valve flange.
3. Pull the valve away from the interstage manifold.
